Okemo Valley TV is searching for their next Executive Director to lead their community-based station into their next chapter. They are a small but vibrant non profit multi-media organization, headquartered in Ludlow, and serving the surrounding region. Having been operating a community TV station since 2001, they will soon be adding WLUD community radio to their operations.  They now seek a leader to help them fulfill their potential, while increasing their community engagement and overall impact.

Important qualifications include:

•  Excellent communications & people skills
•  Leadership qualities and management background
•  Background in digital media / video / TV production
• Resourcefulness and technical aptitude
• Familiarity with non-profit administration and finance

Job Type: Full Time

Salary Range: $60-70K, commensurate with experience.
