Annual Meeting

In accordance with VAB By-Laws, an Annual Meeting is held once per Fiscal year to review the activities of the organization during that Fiscal Year. Every two years, we also hold elections to the Board of Directors

The 2025 VAB Annual Meeting will be held during VAB Summer School Tuesday, June 10th from 12:30-1:00 PM in the Roy Room on the 3rd floor of the Dion Student Center on the campus of Saint Michael’s College, 1 Winooski Park, Colchester, VT. There is no cost to attend annual meeting, but pre-registration to VAB Summer School is required.

Official business includes the review of the balance sheet and P&L for that fiscal year as well the presentation of the Annual Report. In addition to the presentation of the financials and the annual report, membership will be electing a VAB Board of Directors to serve from July 1, 2025 – June 30, 2027.The nomination committee has put forth the following slate of candidates:
