Workplaces are emotional places. We all experience a wide range of feelings as we interact with colleagues, customers, suppliers and others. The Emotional Culture Index has been designed to measure three dimensions of emotions at work;

1. How often people experience certain feelings at work;
2. How often people think it’s fair and reasonable to experience these feelings
3. How often people think they should ideally experience these feelings

VAB is asking all members to please take this anonymous survey no later than Monday, June 9th so the results can be shared with station leaders during a class at VAB Summer School Tuesday, June 10th. Results will be aggregated with other respondents and not attributed individually.
