​Position Overview:

​We are seeking an  Account Executive to join our team. In this role, you will act as a marketing partner and community builder. You will work directly with local business owners, managers, and corporate advertising agencies to design strategic radio campaigns that drive real results.

​This is a commission-based position with uncapped earning potential. To help the right person hit the ground running, we provide an established list of initial clients to get you started. We do not restrict our team by geographic territories, giving you the flexibility to build relationships across our entire four-region broadcast footprint.

​Key Responsibilities

  • Business Development: Prospect and build relationships with new advertisers across our Vermont and New Hampshire coverage areas.
  • Account Management: Take over and nurture a starting list of provided clients, ensuring high-quality service and long-term retention.
  • Campaign Execution: Oversee creative concepts from the pitch to the airwaves, working closely with station production teams.

​Candidate Profiles & Qualifications

​We are looking for a professional who values long-term relationships. That person must be:

  • A Self-Starter:   Motivated, disciplined, and comfortable managing your own schedule.
  • An Exceptional Communicator: Confident and articulate when speaking with decision-makers, from main street business owners to corporate agency executives.
  • A Good Negotiator: Able to bring about compromise and consensus in situations that lack both
  • Experienced: Prior experience in radio sales, B2B sales, or local marketing is a plus. Related experience is helpful.
